Refunds & Returns

At Three Potato Four, we take pride in the quality of our products and packaging. Please check all shipments upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days by emailing photos of the damaged items and packaging to the email below. Once received, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
