CANCELLATIONS, DAMAGES, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES
All cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted by email within 24 hours of placing the order. Any reductions to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a restocking fee of up to 20% of the total deducted from your order. Returns, incorrectly shipped merchandise, or damages, must be reported by email within 3 days of receipt, and returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 5 days of reporting. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
