SHIPPING - GENERAL
We aim to for all orders to processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Keep in mind we are closed on weekends!
Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.
Transit times may vary with package origin and destination. Delays may occur during holidays or peak times. We try our best to get orders out as quickly as possible, but we're not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays
Please check your tracking number for updates. Once an order is given to a shipping carrier, the package then becomes that carrier's responsibility, and Three Potato Four is no longer liable.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - DUTIES AND FEES
Please note that customers are responsible for all international custom and duty fees. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping. As a business we are obligated to declare all items as merchandise. We are not able to mark items as "gift"
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are gladly accepted within 15 days of receipt of order. All returned items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition with the original packing materials. Please make sure that items are well packed. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
To make a return or exchange please email us at orders@threepotatofour.com and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning in the body of the message.

Once received the return we will send a notification and credit your original payment.
INCORRECT/INSUFFICIENT/MISDIRECTED ADDRESS/ORDER CANCELLATION
If your order has an incorrect or incomplete address, or if you wish to cancel it, please contact us immediately. Please include updated address in your message.
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes once we've fulfilled your order. After that, we must wait until the package is returned to us before making changes or issuing a refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and additional shipping costs will apply for reshipment.
If a package is refused and returned, customers are responsible for the original shipping charges.
CUSTOM ITEMS
All sales on custom items are final (we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges on these items)
DAMAGES/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours. Email orders@threepotatofour.com with a picture of the damage or wrong item and our team will reach out!
SALES TAX
We collect 6% Pennsylvania sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Pennsylvania. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.
