5 Boroughs

It’s a bit crazy, but we keep an empty carton of this NY-based ice cream called “5 Boroughs” (which we used to eat religiously when we lived in the city) on our desk windowsill and look at it everyday and think…how can we get this here? Well, we just checked their site and had to share the good news that you can now order it online, pints or a three gallon tub. “Janet! Take the fish fingers out of the freezer, time to make room.” It’s the best damn ice cream in the world! Hands-down. Soho is definitely our favorite flavor, but the NYPB sounds good too (but this came out after we moved). And the packaging is perfect.
